Terms and condition means these terms and conditions between H.I.S. Vietnam, customer and third party's website.
The third party means H.I.S. Vietnam's partner that support payment online service.
Electronic ticket (e-ticket) means customer's information and itinerary issued by H.I.S. Vietnam.

This Website is operated by H.I.S. Vietnam and this Agreement is governed by the laws of Vietnam .You may only use this website to search information, make legitimate reservations or purchases. You agree that shall not use this website for joint venture, partnership, or employment relationship exists between you and H.I.S. Vietnam and any other purposes, including without limitation, to make any speculative, false or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand.

None of The trademarks, logos, service marks and the content or data displayed on this website may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmit, distributed, or modified without the express written permission of H.I.S. Vietnam, except that you may download, display and print one copy of the materials presented on this website on a single computer for your personal, non-commercial use only.

For your personal data: H.I.S. Vietnam totally respect your right to privacy; therefore we only use your personal data that has been given for the purposes of making bookings and providing confirmation of your reservation. H.I.S. Vietnam will provide only your name and check-in/check-out date that will be issued on the e-ticket to hotels in order to make your reservation. You will receive our events, promotions and preferential price if you acknowledge and agree that H.I.S. Vietnam can use your personal data for the above purposes. Our administration system is located within our own firewall protected internal network, thus your personal data will be protected in privacy. However, H.I.S. Vietnam will provide your personal data to government as the request for conforming to the law.

For your account: These payments are not collected data by H.I.S. Vietnam directly but by the third party (H.I.S. Vietnam's partner). As secure delivery of your credit card information is essential, the third party use security technology which supports by MasterCard Secure Code authenticate your credit card, ensuring that only the authorized cardholder is placing the order.

In case of tour cancellation, please send an email to cancel the tour to H.I.S. Vietnam. H.I.S. Vietnam will exchange and confirm all of your information. When completing the confirmation of information, H.I.S. Vietnam will refund the correct account you have paid after deducting the tour cancellation fee. The tour cancellation fee will depend on the tour you register.

H.I.S. Vietnam is responsible for securing and securely storing your information with the highest seriousness.
